We deliver electric dirt bikes and e-bikes throughout mainland UK.
Delivery options and timescales may vary depending on the size of the bike, stock location and whether your bike is being delivered boxed or assembled.
If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands or another location outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the available options.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will provide delivery or tracking information where available.
Some larger bikes are delivered using specialist motorcycle, pallet or vehicle transport rather than a standard parcel courier, so tracking arrangements can vary.
If you need an update on your order, contact Nayz Drip with your name and order number and we will check its status for you.
Where our delivery partner provides online tracking, your tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
For specialist or direct vehicle deliveries, we may instead provide an estimated delivery date or contact you directly to arrange delivery.
If you haven’t received your delivery information, please contact us with your order number.
This depends on the bike and delivery option selected.
Some bikes may be delivered fully assembled and checked, while others may be supplied partially assembled and require final assembly before use.
Where assembly is required, this may include fitting or checking components such as the handlebars, front wheel, controls or other parts.
Every bike must receive appropriate safety checks before being ridden.
Please check the individual product information or contact us before ordering if you need to know how a particular bike will be supplied.
Powered bikes require regular mechanical checks and maintenance.
Before riding, you should check the bike is safe to use, including where applicable:
tyre condition and pressures;
front and rear wheel security;
wheel alignment;
chain tension and lubrication;
brakes;
handlebars and controls;
suspension;
spokes;
axle security;
nuts, bolts and fasteners; and
battery and electrical connections.
New bikes can also require adjustment during their initial running-in period as mechanical components settle through use.
If you are unsure how to inspect or adjust your bike safely, please use a competent technician.
If something isn’t working correctly, stop using the bike if continuing to ride could cause further damage or create a safety risk.
Many issues can be resolved through basic diagnosis, setup or adjustment.
Visit our Technical Support section and provide as much information as possible about the problem. Photos and videos are particularly useful.
If the information indicates that the problem may be a manufacturing defect, we can then move the matter through our warranty process.
Qualifying vehicles sold by Nayz Drip are supplied with a Manufacturer Warranty.
The applicable warranty period is shown on the individual product page or sales documentation.
Nayz Drip is an independent UK dealer. We work with UK distributors who, in turn, work with the relevant manufacturers.
If you believe your bike has developed a manufacturing fault, Nayz Drip is your first point of contact. We will assess the information provided and, where appropriate, work with our distributor and/or manufacturer to identify the fault and obtain the appropriate replacement part.
Please see our Warranty Policy for full terms and conditions.
Your manufacturer’s warranty is additional to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
No. Routine servicing, maintenance and adjustment are not manufacturing defects.
Electric dirt bikes and e-bikes contain mechanical components that require regular inspection and adjustment.
Items such as chain tension, wheel alignment, spoke tension, tyre pressures, brake adjustment and tightening nuts, bolts and fasteners form part of normal vehicle maintenance.
However, if investigation establishes that an underlying manufacturing defect has caused the problem, we can assess this through our warranty process.
Please complete our Warranty Claim Form.
We will normally require your:
name and contact details;
order number or proof of purchase;
bike make and model;
frame or serial number;
description of the fault;
date the problem started; and
photographs and/or videos showing the problem.
We may ask for additional information or basic diagnostic checks before determining whether the issue should be referred to our distributor or manufacturer.
Submitting a warranty claim does not mean that the claim has automatically been accepted.
Please report delivery damage to us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the bike.
Do not ride the bike if the damage could affect its safe operation.
Please take clear photographs of:
the external packaging;
any damage to the packaging;
the complete bike;
the damaged area; and
the delivery label where available.
Please retain the packaging while we investigate the issue.
Use our Delivery Damage form to report the problem.
f you purchased online and wish to cancel or return your order, please visit our Returns & Cancellations section for the applicable terms and instructions.
Returns, cancellations, faults and warranty claims are different processes, so please use the appropriate Customer Care section where possible.
If you’re unsure which applies, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Your cancellation and return rights depend upon the circumstances of the purchase and the condition and use of the product.
Using a vehicle beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it may affect its condition and value.
Please contact us before returning a vehicle and read our Returns & Cancellations Policy for full details.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to your legal rights.
Unless a product is specifically advertised as road legal, you should assume that our electric dirt bikes are intended for appropriate off-road/private-land use.
It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bike is being used legally and appropriately.
Do not use an off-road vehicle on a public road simply because it is electrically powered.
