Shipping Policy

At Nayz Drip, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery service. This policy explains how we manage dispatch times, delivery methods, tracking, cancellations, and out-of-stock items.


Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. This is due to warranty handling and returns limitations.


Dispatch Times

Parts and Accessories
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) with a 24-hour shipping option are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are typically dispatched the next working day.

Bikes
Most bikes are assembled in-house by our technicians prior to dispatch. Because of this, there may be a short delay depending on workshop demand. Please allow up to 24 hours for build and preparation before delivery is scheduled. This ensures every bike is checked and ready to ride.


Shipping Methods

Assembled Bikes
Completed bikes are delivered using our in-house man-and-van courier service to ensure careful handling. In some cases, we may use a trusted subcontracted courier depending on location and logistics.

Important delivery requirements

  • Bikes must be delivered to the address used at checkout
  • The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed
  • The customer must present valid photo ID on delivery
  • The payment card used must also be shown
  • For finance orders, an official document confirming name and address is required


These measures are in place to protect against fraud and ensure safe delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Smaller Items (parts & accessories)
Shipped via recognised couriers such as Royal Mail or DHL. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Larger Items (bikes and finance orders)
These are delivered via our in-house driver or a subcontracted courier. Tracking may not always be available. We will confirm the delivery date and estimated arrival time once scheduled.

Shop App notice
The Shop App may incorrectly display your delivery as arriving in the United States. This is a known app bug and is outside of our control.


Cancellations, Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

If you cancel after delivery has been booked with our courier, you will remain responsible for delivery costs. If a bike has already been collected by the courier, you may be charged for both the outbound and return delivery.

Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Courier deliveries (small items)
Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply if you request resending.

Man-and-van deliveries (bikes)
Delivery usually occurs between 8am and 5pm. The person who placed the order must be present with ID and proof of address. If this is not possible, you must inform us in advance and provide details of a nominated recipient.

Missed deliveries or failed identity checks may result in additional delivery charges.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid extra fees.


Out of Stock Products

We work hard to keep stock levels accurate. However, due to online orders combined with in-store sales, occasional stock discrepancies can occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer:

Full Refund
Refunds are processed promptly. Banks typically take 3–5 working days to return funds once processed.

Alternative Product
Where suitable, we may offer a comparable alternative. You are free to accept this or request a refund instead.

We appreciate your patience in rare cases where availability changes unexpectedly.
